NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. SC cannot be purchased; Gold Coins are for entertainment only and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

This Policy forms part of the Sweepstakes Rules. The Promotion Period continues while OnPoint offers the sweepstakes. Mail-in entry remains available during that period even when another free method is unavailable.

2. Eligibility

Participants must reside in and be physically located in a permitted U.S. jurisdiction, be at least 19 in Alabama or Nebraska and at least 18 in every other permitted state or the District of Columbia, and meet all other eligibility requirements. U.S. territories and locations outside the United States are not eligible.

Participation is not permitted for residents of, or persons located in, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington, or West Virginia. These jurisdictions are restricted at every age.

One account in your own name and in good standing is required. The employee, household, sanctions and self-exclusion restrictions in the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms apply.

3. Free entry methods

Eligible participants may use mail-in entry. Other methods, when offered, include the free daily wheel, daily/weekly/monthly quests, website request forms, social and community drops, loyalty or referral rewards, and announced promotions. Each offer states its availability, reward, claim conditions and deadline. No free entry method requires a Gold Coin purchase. Standard postal or internet charges may apply.

Handwrite your request on a plain 3 × 5 inch card or plain sheet of paper. Include your full legal name exactly as registered, account email address, residential street address (no P.O. boxes), date of birth, signature and date, and the handwritten statement: “I request free Sweeps Coins from OnPointCasino.com.”

Send it in a stamped, hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient first-class postage, mailed separately from within the United States, to:

Each valid request receives 5 SC. Limit one request per envelope and one valid request per person per postmark date. Requests must match an eligible registered account in good standing and be received during the Promotion Period. Valid requests are credited within ten business days after receipt.

Requests must be handwritten by the participant. Typed, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, bulk, third-party, illegible, incomplete or duplicate requests are not valid. OnPoint is not responsible for postal loss, damage, delay, misdirection or insufficient postage. Requests are not returned.

4. Equal SC play-through and winnings

All Sweeps Coins (SC) carry the same 3× play-through requirement, regardless of acquisition source. This includes mail-in and website requests, wheels, quests, social and community drops, loyalty and referral rewards, and complimentary SC accompanying optional Gold Coin purchases. Receiving 10 SC creates 30 SC of qualifying play-through. A purchase does not reduce the requirement.

Play-through is calculated on SC awarded, not by imposing a new requirement every time gameplay generates winnings. Completed eligible gameplay contributes toward the outstanding requirement; cancelled, voided or refunded gameplay does not count. Slots and instant-win games contribute 100%; video poker, table games and live-dealer games contribute 10%. These contribution rates apply identically to every SC acquisition source. For example, 10 SC played in an eligible slot contributes 10 SC of progress; 10 SC played in an eligible table game contributes 1 SC. Eligible winnings that have cleared the requirement carry no additional play-through when retained for play.

There is no source-based winnings cap. Eligible winnings are not limited to a multiple of a free SC award. The redemption processing limits below do not forfeit eligible winnings above those limits.

5. Redemption

The minimum redemption is 50 eligible SC. The maximum is 1,000 eligible SC per request and 1,000 eligible SC in aggregate per participant per calendar day. Each eligible SC has US $1 in prize redemption value. The daily allowance resets at midnight U.S. Central Time (America/Chicago, observing daylight saving time). Multiple requests do not increase the daily allowance. Eligible balances above the daily limit remain available for later redemption.

Only eligible winnings that have satisfied play-through may be redeemed. KYC, age, location, account ownership and fraud checks apply before payment. Requests and disputes are handled under the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms.

6. Expiration and existing balances

SC expires after 12 consecutive months without qualifying SC fund activity. Qualifying activity is completed SC gameplay, a player-claimed SC credit (including a valid mail-in or website claim when credited), or a completed SC redemption. Signing in, browsing, purchasing Gold Coins alone, automatic unclaimed credits, administrative adjustments, and cancelled or reversed transactions do not reset the clock. No purchase is necessary to keep SC active.

These rules apply prospectively from October 8, 2026. No additional play-through is imposed on SC already cleared for redemption. These revisions do not retroactively increase an existing obligation or forfeit migrated balances. The inactivity clock for balances already held or migrated begins no earlier than October 8, 2026; time when the Platform is unavailable to the participant because of an operator-wide shutdown does not count. SC in a timely pending redemption request is not expired while that request is under review.

7. Fair use, social platforms and changes

Bots, duplicate accounts, falsified information and third-party or mechanically reproduced mail requests are prohibited. Suspected abuse is reviewed under the Terms. Social promotions are not sponsored by the social platforms on which they appear. Offer details cannot impose different SC play-through, win caps or credited-SC expiration based on source.

The Sweepstakes Rules govern SC play-through, redemption minimums and limits, and SC expiration. The Terms, AMOE Policy, Bonus Policy and individual offer descriptions must be read consistently with them. An offer label, acquisition source or promotional description does not create an exception to the uniform SC terms. Conflicting prior policy summaries and offer descriptions are superseded by this revision.
