C O M Terms and Conditions OnPoint Administration LLC EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 8, 2026 LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 8, 2026 These Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and OnPoint Administration LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("OnPoint," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of OnPointCasino.com and its related websites, applications, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Section 21 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes between you and OnPoint are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days as described in Section 21.7. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win any sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes Rules govern SC play-through, redemption minimums and limits, and SC expiration. The Terms, AMOE Policy, Bonus Policy and individual offer descriptions must be read consistently with them. An offer label, acquisition source or promotional description does not create an exception to the uniform SC terms. Conflicting prior policy summaries and offer descriptions are superseded by this revision. For other matters, these Terms control. 02 DEFINITIONS TERM MEANING Account The personal account you register to access and use the Platform. Games The casino-style games and other games made available on the Platform. Gold Coins Virtual coins used for entertainment play only. Gold Coins have no monetary value and can never be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins Promotional sweepstakes entries that cannot be purchased and may be redeemed for Prizes in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules. Virtual Coins Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, collectively. Prize Any cash or other prize awarded through the redemption of eligible Sweeps Coins. AMOE The free alternative method of entry for obtaining Sweeps Coins, as described in the Sweepstakes Rules. Restricted Jurisdiction Any jurisdiction listed in Section 4, or any other jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited by law. 03 ELIGIBILITY To register an Account or use the Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times: • You are at least 19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, and at least 18 years of age in every other permitted state and the District of Columbia, as detailed in the state eligibility schedule below; • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; • You are a resident of, and physically located in, the United States, and you are not a resident of or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction; • You are not an employee, officer, member, or contractor of OnPoint, its affiliates, or any service provider directly involved in operating the Platform, or a member of the immediate family or household of any such person; • You are not identified on any U.S. government sanctions list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List; • You are not currently self-excluded from the Platform, and your Account has not previously been closed by us for a violation of these Terms; and • You are using the Platform for personal entertainment and not for any commercial or professional purpose. We may request proof of eligibility at any time. If you do not meet these requirements, your Account may be suspended or closed, your Virtual Coins voided, and any pending redemptions cancelled. 04 RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS Participation in sweepstakes play is void where prohibited by law. As of the Last Updated date of these Terms, residents of, and persons located in, the following U.S. states may not register an Account, purchase Gold Coins, participate in Games, or redeem Prizes: • Arizona • California • Connecticut • Delaware • Idaho • Illinois • Indiana • Louisiana • Maine • Maryland • Michigan • Minnesota • Mississippi • Montana • Nevada • New Jersey • New York • Oklahoma • Tennessee • Washington • West Virginia The Platform is also unavailable to anyone located outside the United States and in any other jurisdiction where participation is prohibited or restricted by law. Laws in this area change frequently. We may add jurisdictions to this list at any time without prior notice, and the most current list displayed on the Platform or in the Sweepstakes Rules controls. We use geolocation technology to verify your location. You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, location-spoofing tool, or any other method to disguise your location. If we determine that you accessed the Platform from, or are a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction, we may close your Account, void your Virtual Coins, and cancel any pending redemptions. 05 ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY • Accurate information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. The name on your Account must match your government-issued identification and any payment or redemption method you use. • One Account per person. You may hold only one Account. We may also limit Accounts per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Duplicate Accounts may be closed and their Virtual Coins voided. • Security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately at support@onpointcasino.com if you suspect unauthorized access. • No transfers. Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow anyone else to use your Account. • SC inactivity and expiration. SC expires after 12 consecutive months without qualifying SC fund activity. Qualifying activity is completed SC gameplay, a player-claimed SC credit (including a valid mail-in or website claim when credited), or a completed SC redemption. Signing in, browsing, purchasing Gold Coins alone, automatic unclaimed credits, administrative adjustments, and cancelled or reversed transactions do not reset the clock. No purchase is necessary to keep SC active. These rules apply prospectively from October 8, 2026. No additional play-through is imposed on SC already cleared for redemption. These revisions do not retroactively increase an existing obligation or forfeit migrated balances. The inactivity clock for balances already held or migrated begins no earlier than October 8, 2026; time when the Platform is unavailable to the participant because of an operator-wide shutdown does not count. SC in a timely pending redemption request is not expired while that request is under review.

06 IDENTITY VERIFICATION We are required to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of our users. You agree to complete identity verification ("KYC") when requested, which may include providing government-issued photo identification, completing a selfie or liveness check, and providing proof of address. We may also request additional information, including source-of-funds documentation, as part of enhanced due diligence. KYC must be successfully completed before any Prize redemption is processed. We may request verification at any time, and we may suspend Account features, including purchases, gameplay, and redemptions, until verification is complete. If you fail or refuse verification, or provide false or altered documents, we may close your Account and void your Virtual Coins. Personal information collected for verification is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 07 VIRTUAL COINS 7.1 Gold Coins Gold Coins may be purchased or obtained for free through promotions. Gold Coins are used for entertainment play only, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, Prizes, or anything of value. When you obtain Gold Coins, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them on the Platform. Gold Coins are not your property. 7.2 Sweeps Coins Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. They are provided free through promotions, AMOE requests and complimentary awards with optional Gold Coin packages. Only eligible winnings satisfying the Sweepstakes Rules may be redeemed.

All Sweeps Coins (SC) carry the same 3× play-through requirement, regardless of acquisition source. This includes mail-in and website requests, wheels, quests, social and community drops, loyalty and referral rewards, and complimentary SC accompanying optional Gold Coin purchases. Receiving 10 SC creates 30 SC of qualifying play-through. A purchase does not reduce the requirement.

Play-through is calculated on SC awarded, not by imposing a new requirement every time gameplay generates winnings. Completed eligible gameplay contributes toward the outstanding requirement; cancelled, voided or refunded gameplay does not count. Slots and instant-win games contribute 100%; video poker, table games and live-dealer games contribute 10%. These contribution rates apply identically to every SC acquisition source. For example, 10 SC played in an eligible slot contributes 10 SC of progress; 10 SC played in an eligible table game contributes 1 SC. Eligible winnings that have cleared the requirement carry no additional play-through when retained for play.

There is no source-based winnings cap. Eligible winnings are not limited to a multiple of a free SC award. The redemption processing limits below do not forfeit eligible winnings above those limits.

7.3 No Purchase Necessary No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in sweepstakes play, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Instructions for the AMOE are set out in the Sweepstakes Rules. 7.4 General Rules for Virtual Coins • Virtual Coins cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged between Accounts or with any third party. • Virtual Coins have no cash value outside of Prize redemption as expressly permitted by the Sweepstakes Rules. • We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove Virtual Coins at any time, including to correct errors or respond to violations of these Terms. • Virtual Coins credited to your Account in error, including through a technical malfunction, may be removed without notice. 08 PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS • Pricing. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Authorization. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. • Our discretion. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any purchase, and we may impose purchase limits at any time, including for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes. • All sales final. Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. • Chargebacks. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled under our Refund Policy and may result in Account suspension or closure. • Third-party processors. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms may also apply. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. 09 PRIZE REDEMPTIONS The minimum redemption is 50 eligible SC. The maximum is 1,000 eligible SC per request and 1,000 eligible SC in aggregate per participant per calendar day. Each eligible SC has US $1 in prize redemption value. The daily allowance resets at midnight U.S. Central Time (America/Chicago, observing daylight saving time). Multiple requests do not increase the daily allowance. Eligible balances above the daily limit remain available for later redemption.

Eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for Prizes in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules. To redeem, you must: • Have an Account in good standing that has successfully completed KYC; • Be a resident of, and located in, a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is permitted at the time of redemption; • Meet the minimum redemption amount and play-through requirements set out in the Sweepstakes Rules; and • Use a redemption method in your own name that has been verified by us. Processing. Redemption requests are subject to review and may be delayed for verification, fraud, or compliance checks. Processing times vary by redemption method. We may limit the amount or frequency of redemptions as described in the Sweepstakes Rules. Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on Prizes. We may require you to provide a Social Security Number or other taxpayer identification number, and to complete IRS Form W-9, before processing a redemption, and we will issue IRS information returns (such as Form 1099-MISC) where required by law. Errors. If a Prize is paid in error, including as a result of a malfunction, miscalculation, or violation of these Terms, you agree to return it promptly, and we may recover it by any lawful means. 10 GAMES AND GAMEPLAY • Games are provided for entertainment. Game outcomes are determined by random number generation or the rules of each Game, and no outcome or return is guaranteed. • Game rules, paytables, and other information are displayed within each Game and form part of these Terms. • Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a Game, the Platform, or any system malfunctions, any affected gameplay, winnings, or Virtual Coin balances are void. • Our server records are the final and binding record of all gameplay, transactions, and Account balances. If there is a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and our records, our records control. • We may add, modify, suspend, or remove any Game at any time without notice. 11 PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES From time to time, we may offer promotions, bonuses, giveaways, and social media contests. Each promotion is subject to these Terms, the Sweepstakes Rules and specific claim conditions. Individual offers may not override the uniform SC play-through, winnings and expiration requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per person, household, and Account. We may void any promotional Virtual Coins, and any winnings derived from them, if we determine that a promotion was obtained through abuse, fraud, duplicate Accounts, or any other violation of these Terms. We may modify or cancel any promotion at any time. 12 RESPONSIBLE GAMING We want the Platform to remain a fun form of entertainment. Tools are available to help you manage your play, including purchase limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion, as described in our Responsible Gaming Policy. We may also impose limits, require a break, or close an Account where we have concerns about a user's wellbeing. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. 13 PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to, and not to attempt to: • Open or operate more than one Account, or use another person's Account, identity, or payment method; • Access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or disguise your location using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool; • Use bots, scripts, automation, artificial intelligence tools, or any unauthorized software to play Games or interact with the Platform; • Collude with other users, exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities, or manipulate any Game outcome; • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity, or use funds derived from illegal sources; • File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for authorized purchases; • Sell, buy, transfer, or trade Virtual Coins or Accounts; • Abuse promotions, bonuses, or referral programs; • Provide false, misleading, or altered information or documents; • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or interfere with the Platform, its security, or its servers; or • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff, or post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. 14 SUSPENSION, CLOSURE, AND FORFEITURE Our rights. We may suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, if required by law or a regulator, to protect the Platform or other users, or for any other lawful reason. If your Account is closed for a violation of these Terms, all Virtual Coins, pending redemptions, and unpaid Prizes may be forfeited, and we may report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Your right to close. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support@onpointcasino.com. Before closing, you may be able to redeem eligible Sweeps Coins in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules. Any remaining Gold Coins are forfeited on closure. If your Account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, we will allow the redemption of eligible Sweeps Coins to the extent permitted by law and the Sweepstakes Rules. 15 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Platform and all of its content, including Games, software, graphics, text, logos, and the OnPoint and OnPointCasino names and marks, are owned by or licensed to OnPoint and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you. 16 COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC CONSENT You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, text message, and notices on the Platform, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Promotional communications are subject to your preferences and our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of any purchase. 17 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms. 18 DISCLAIMERS THE PLATFORM, GAMES, AND VIRTUAL COINS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. 19 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONPOINT AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VIRTUAL COINS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR GOLD COINS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 20 INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnPoint and its members, managers, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. 21 DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. It requires you and OnPoint to resolve most disputes through individual binding arbitration rather than in court, and it waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. 21.1 Informal Resolution Before starting arbitration, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally. You must send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought to support@onpointcasino.com with "Dispute Notice" in the subject line. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days after the notice is received, either party may begin arbitration. 21.2 Agreement to Arbitrate Except as provided in Section 21.4, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account, including questions about the scope or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. 21.3 Arbitration Procedures Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, before a single arbitrator. Hearings may be conducted by video conference or, if in person, in the county where you reside. Payment of filing and arbitration fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief that a court could award, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. 21.4 Exceptions Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of the Platform. 21.5 Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver YOU AND ONPOINT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND ONPOINT EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim must be severed and resolved in court, and the rest of this Section 21 will continue to apply. 21.6 Time Limit To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred. 21.7 Right to Opt Out You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@onpointcasino.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your name, the email address associated with your Account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms. 22 GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that the arbitration agreement in Section 21 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. 23 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND THE PLATFORM We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including in response to changes in law. 24 GENERAL PROVISIONS • Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and OnPoint regarding the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements. • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. • Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, government action, or changes in law. • Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 14 and 18 through 22, will survive. • Language. A restricted jurisdiction is unavailable at every age; reaching the age of majority does not override that restriction. Eligibility is also subject to verification and applicable law.
